CHALLENGE

Honey Baby Naturals needed to demonstrate that the brand is reliable, emotionally connected to their customers, and bridges cultural boundaries in the name of authentic beauty. We needed to proclaim that HBN was a product for the whole family.

We Found Truth

In a world where social stigmas surrounding mixed families and beauty are continually the norm, we focused on the pleasure of returning home to an intimate space with those who love us as we are. This insight guided us to an authentic perspective on beauty and life for all members of the family.

Then We Executed

  • We shot a series of short content films and leveraged our media spend by targeting audiences and influencers that resonated with our beauty message.
  • This turned out to be a good move. The brand’s engagement rate increased from 1.76% to 10.25% across active media platforms.
  • We asked fans “Why they were Honey Babies?” and used the content to launch our new product extensions giving more authenticity to the campaign’s social engagement.
